3 Ingredient Fudge Popsicle

Who else is lovin’ this summer heat wave?! 

With this extreme heat we need to find ways to cool off…maybe by jumping in a refreshing pool or indulging in a cold treat!

You may be thinking that you need to restrict summer treats that you love just because you’re trying to lose weight.

Summer temptations are usually the #1 reason why you can’t stay on track with your goal.

Are you going to give up ice cream and cold treats forever? NO WAY!

What you need to do is find ways to enjoy the foods you love, without compromising your weight loss goals.

This is how you stop the binge eating and yo yo dieting cycles.

Here’s a delicious, dairy free recipe I give to my clients, so that they can ‘have their ice cream & eat it too’!

Dairy Free Fudge Popsicles

Avocado, which is a favourite of mine, is widely used in the dairy free community to replace cream in recipes.  Avocado mixed with chocolate and frozen makes for a very delicious fudgy popsicle.  Perfect for a day like this!

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tbsp of raw honey or preferred sweetener

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a small food processor.
  2. Mix until smooth.
  3. Taste test for desired chocolate flavour and sweetness. Add more if desired.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a popsicle mold.
  5. Eat when frozen!
