Berry Cobbler

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen berries (blackberries, strawberries, cherry etc…) or you may use apples or peaches
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ cups almond meal
  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
  • 1 Quest Cinnamon Roll bar (chopped into pieces)
  • Drizzle Maple syrup

Prep:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Spread berries evenly onto the bottom of a pie pan
  • Melt coconut oil
  • In a small bowl whisk together the egg and melted oil
  • Add almond meal and cinnamon to the egg mixture
  • Stir the almond meal into egg mixture until crumbled. Fold in Quest Cinnamon Roll chunks
  • Evenly crumble the almond meal on top of the berries and bake uncovered in over for 35 minutes
  • Serve the cobbler warm in bowls and drizzle with pure maple syrup.
