1          scoop whey protein powder (vanilla)

1          cup mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries)

1          cup water

2          teaspoons chia seeds

1          tablespoon Cacao

1          teaspoon Maca

Dash of cinnamon

Place all ingredients together in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth.
