I can understand your frustration and feeling of defeat…I too have been on the hamster fat loss wheel and obsession with food. I have binged, starved myself and over exercised in hopes of getting control of my body and life only to fin myself falling off the wagon.

I have finally found a healthy balance that will decrease body fat, improve digestion and regulate my hormones, recovered me from my destructive relationship with food and bought more peace to my life. Without dieting at all!

As a former competitive figure skater, I have experienced the obsession with food, endless hours of training on and off the ice, the pressure to be thin and the constant battle with trying to be perfect.

I have taken my body to the extremes in all the unhealthy ways knowing it was only a dead end but for some reason still finding myself doing endless hours of cardio, binge eating and feeling disgusted with myself.

Knowing I was on a vicious cycle but somehow in a strange way I was addicted to it. Like a drug…. It consumed my every thought and it affected every area of my life.

This approach only caused me to crave sweats even more leading me to increase the duration of my workouts to burn off all those extra calories. It was an endless cycle and I was miserable. I became depressed, my self-esteem plummeted and I felt like I hit my rock bottom.

I used to think that I couldn’t start living my life until I achieved the perfect physique or body weight. So I limited myself to how I experienced my life. I kept myself from enjoying so many things in life and sacrificing relationships waiting for that one day when it would all change because of a number on the scale or “ideal” body that I was suppose to maintain.

I learned that it was not about the diet I was on or how much I was exercising, it was about my mindset, my relationships and balance in all areas of my life.

I decided that I needed to make changes and to take control of my life, as I did not like how I felt or looked.
As well, I didn’t want to continue my life like this. Feeling healthy and beautiful and strong provides a level of self-appreciation and confidence unlike anything else. I didn’t want to obsess anymore. So I decided to do what I did when I felt my best and to start listening to my body.

Soon after, this healthy lifestyle became my strength and passion. It is my true authentic self. I wanted to share it with as many people as possible. I started coaching people my formula to success and motivating them to commit to a healthy lifestyle that supports that success. This awaking happened because I was real, I was truly being me, and I wasn’t trying to be anything or anyone that I am not. I wasn’t trying to impress anyone. My goal was to inspire and share as much as myself to others so they could transform their lives.

Over the course of my journey into regaining my health and fitness, I developed my very own transformation program that will change your life.
