Guacamole is one of my favorite appetizers! It’s flavorful, clean, and healthy, and it tastes so good! This recipe is simple, fresh tasting and is the best version of this delicious dip.
Avocados may be high in fat, but they are filled with essential healthy fats which we should consume daily. They are also high in fiber, rich in vitamin B, E and K and have 60 percent more potassium than bananas.
Guacamole is best known to be accompanied with corn chips however can also be used as a dip for baked plantain chips, chicken fajitas, or even as a replacement for mayonnaise and salad dressings.
Ingredients:
• 3 medium avocados, halved
• 1 lime, juiced
• 1/3 cup red onion, minced
