1 serving whey protein isolate, any flavour (or rice, hemp, or vegan protein)
½-1 cup blueberries and Raspberries
4-6 ounces water or unsweetened almond milk
3-4 ice cubes (optional)
Stevia (optional)
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed or chia seed
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
