I spent most of my life struggling with the feeling of never being enough and the only thing I could control was what I put in mouth and what I did to my body. I realized that changing the shape of my body and how I appeared to others was not the answer. I discovered the real reason I was over eating – my life sucked!

Food and controlling the way my body looked was my only source of happiness, connection and relaxation. Food fulfilled the emptiness that I was feeling. It was not until I stepped off the stage at the Arnold Classic that I realized I hit the pinnacle of body transformation, what society sees as perfect yet so broken on the inside. My perfect body shined light on my unhappiness.
I had access to the best trainers, nutritionists, coaches and therapists and I still could not get the answer that I was looking for. I was then awakened by new curiosities of my unhappiness and decided to get clear on how to take incredible care of myself – emotionally, spiritually and physically. I researched and learned a lot about self-love, mindfulness, finding support, empowerment, relationships, protecting my energy, nutrition, and doing what it takes to simply feel my best in all areas of life so that I came to a place of peace and happiness.

Through my own trial and error I have created a program that will help women to Revitalize their body and life, Recharge their confidence, Restore their balance and Reactivate their soul. You will Redefine your mind, body and perspective through workouts, meditation and self love.
