Adding fat is your body’s way of protecting you from various forms of stress – physical, chemical, emotional and mental.

These stresses disrupt specific hormones, which result in increased fat around corresponding body parts. For example, eating excessive carbohydrates will disrupt insulin and add fat around your ‘love handles’. Certain chemicals from your skin products elevate estrogen and add fat around the legs and hips. Addressing these stress factors will regulate the hormones resulting in the body getting rid of unwanted body fat.

How it Works

I begin with an extensive assessment as well as intake forms and questionnaires that will help identify the top three hormones that are affecting your health and physique.

These will help me to assess your past and present health conditions and concerns, along with eating patterns, metabolism, digestion, sleep patterns etc.
Based on all the information, I customize the most effective holistic stress-reduced fat loss plan for you. This includes nutrition, supplementation, training, lifestyle and mindset strategies.

More About the Program

I specialize as a fitness expert and registered nutritionist, working with my clients exclusively through email and phone correspondence. First, my clients go through extensive questionnaires that allow me to assess digestion, organ functions, detoxification, sleep quality, health challenges, fitness experience, lifestyle, nutrition and food sensitivities.
Based on this information, I will construct a personalized fitness and nutrition program for you. This includes nutrition, supplementation, training, lifestyle and mindset strategies.

Personalized Accountability

Every week you will be required to submit a report for progress updates and plan adjustments. You will also receive weekly 20 minute coaching calls – this is where our real work together lies – COACHING you through any obstacles we may encounter along the way and keeping you compliant with your plan. Each week you will receive meal plan changes as needed, recipes, lifestyle and mindset alterations so you can achieve your best results!

Investment

My coaching rate starts at $249 per month with a 6-month minimum commitment. Many personal trainers at big box gyms cost approximately $800/month. Now, with the unpredictability or our new reality gym members will be waiting in line to get that one-hour workout in. One on one on line coaching provides you with more options, flexibility and daily support all from the comfort of your own home!
