What were your fitness and competition goals when you started training with Karen?

My personal goal was to train for a fitness competition and push myself to a level that I have never achieved before.  Karen has been a great motivator for me as I have worked out since I was a teenager and never seen these results before or have I ever been in such great shape.

What are your main reasons for choosing Karen as your personal trainer?

I was able to see some of the clients she was training bodies transform and was so curious about what changes they had made in their diets and workout schedules and they had recommended I contact Karen.  Working out has always been part of my life but I was just maintaining a certain level and never setting goals or challenging myself.  I need a motivator!!!!

What improvements have you achieved so far in your physique?

The greatest improvement I have seen lately is “I have abs!”  With a meal plan and a intense workout plan I have been able to achieve results that I never thought I could obtain.  I also have seen my legs lean out which I always attributed “big legs” to a family gene but with hard work I can break through the family gene and make them more feminine.

What has benefited you the most when training with Karen?

The benefits from working closely with Karen is obtaining knowledge to apply to my workouts based on diet, exercise and how the two work together to achieve quicker results that are maintainable.

What do you like most about your pre-contest training and diet?

My pre contest training has been challenging but sticking to a regimented diet that includes a breakfast meal that I have love “protein pancakes!”  I am in love with these pancakes especially with fruit and cinnamon….

Would you recommend Karen as a trainer?  Why?

I would recommend Karen to anyone who is need of a change in their life!  She has given me a lot of knowledge and pushed me to achieve a goal that I had never dreamed of 3 months ago!!!

What is your favorite “cheat” or “indulgence” food?

My favorite cheat food was rice krispie squares….and popcorn!!!  I never really had a cheat meal as I loved the meals that I was having however I missed those treats like homemade baked goods, and would try to choose something that was still healthy but satisfied those cravings!!!

What is/are your favorite exercises?

My favorite exercises was running on the treadmill and challenging myself at different levels.

Any other comments?

Karen’s training has allowed me to stay focus, achieve a goal that I never imagined and connected me to people and places I would have never met if I hadn’t contacted her.  I thank her for all her time and dedication as she truly believes in her clients and gives you the energy you need to believe in yourself!!!
