No, however you will receive a list of resources of easy foods to have on hand, all of which can be found at your local grocery store.
That depends on your prior dieting history, state of metabolism and overall weight loss goals. Typically our clients experience 10-20lbs weight loss in the first 4 months (and never regain the weight back!)
We have different options of continuity programs that will be prescribed based on your long-term goals.
Your fitness program will be customized to YOU and your equipment whether you have a set of dumbbells at home or frequent your favorite gym!
