Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup maple sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 Quest Bar Double Chocolate Chunk – cut into small chunks
Prep:
- Preheat over to 350 degrees
- Grease 8×8 inch pan
- Mix all ingredients together with a hand blender until smooth
- Fold in Quest Bar chunks
- Spread mixture evenly into pan
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting. The top will be crispy.
