1 Scoop chocolate whey protein powder (I use Sun Warrior)
1 cup mixed frozen berries
1 cup water
2 tablespoons Chia seeds
1 tablespoon organic cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Place all ingredients together in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth. Enjoy!
