What I have been having for breakfast and post cardio in the mornings!
Very Berry Smoothie
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (I use Sun Warrior)
½ cup raspberries
½ cup blueberries
½ cup sliced strawberries
¼ cup blackberries
1 cup water
2 ice cubes
2 teaspoons hemp seeds
Place all ingredients together in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth. Enjoy!
