Ingredients (1 serving)
▪ 1/4 – 1/3 cup raw oats
▪ 1/2 – 1 cup almond or coconut milk
▪ 1 scoop of protein powder (I use Sun Warrior)
▪ 1-2 tablespoons chia seeds
▪ ½ cup frozen raspberries
▪ 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl, cover and place in fridge overnight. In the morning, add your desired toppings and serve without heating!
