Chocolate Green Smoothie

You would never of thought that chocolate and kale would go together however I can honestly say this smoothie is SO delicious! Kale is full of vitamins and antioxidants, add in the protein from the peanut butter & protein powder, a sweet banana, it makes a super healthy, filling and nutritiously delicious smoothie! Perfect for breakfast, post workout or quick snack! Give it a try and let me know what you think =)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh chopped baby kale
  • ¾ c almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • ½ Tablespoon Cocoa
  • 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 handful ice

Instructions

  1. Blend kale with almond milk in a blender until combined.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy!!
