These bite size and portable, all-natural REAL food bites are the perfect snack for on the go munching! Store bought packaged snacks are filled with sugar, preservatives and unhealthy ingredients that you cannot even pronounce. These chocolaty, delicious, no bake energy bites are simple to make and are perfect for a quick snack or post workout.
Ingredients
1 scoop of Vanilla protein powder
1 cup gluten free oats
3 Tbsp. ground flax seed
1 Tbsp. Cocoa powder
½ cup raw almond butter
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
¼ cup raw honey
1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in medium-sized bowl until blended well. I use a hand blender. Add water if the dough is too dry.
2. Form into bit size balls. Makes approximately 12 balls.
3. Put in freezer and allow them to harden for a half hour. Store in fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
