- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup coconut palm sugar
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Dash of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Blend ingredients in a bowl until smooth
- Pour into a parchment lined 8×4 loaf pan
- Bake 25-30 minutes
- Brownies will be soft in the middle.
- Let cool at least 5 hours before slicing
