Would you guess that these Paleo Dark Chocolate Chip Blondies are gluten FREE, free of refined sugars and a healthy treat?
Ingredients:
• ½ cup almond butter
• ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
• ¾ cup coconut sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup almond flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
• ½ cup dark chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8” square baking pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, beat together the almond butter, coconut oil, coconut sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in the almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in the chocolate chunks.
- Spread evenly in prepared pan and bake for about 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Cool completely, and then cut into squares. Enjoy!
