If you like coconut, you will LOVE these Coconut Chocolate Chip Crack Bars! They are a little piece of heaven! To make them even more chocolatey, I drizzled some dark chocolate on top.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

- 1/4 cup agave or pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or with hand blender. Squish into small container (I used a 7×5) and refrigerate for an hour (or freeze for 20 minutes) before cutting into squares. Can be stored in the fridge or freezer, for a few weeks. Enjoy!
