One of the most common requests I hear from people is “I want results ASAP!” “How can I achieve my ideal physique in less time as possible?”  Today’s society has us so predisposed to wanting and achieving in as little time as possible, in our careers, relationships, health & happiness.  It makes me wonder what ever happened to living in the moment and having patience and persistence when achieving what is important in life?

Achievement takes time and work.  It is only when we have patience and practice persistence that our life will be filled with abundance.  If we took a moment each day to focus on what is important to us and to move forward day-by-day and year by year only incredible things can be possible.

The value of achieving great accomplishes in life is not the destination or end result but in fact the journey and experiences along the way.  The challenges and small successes along the way enrich us with strengths and skills, driving us to continue moving forward towards reaching our goals.
