Ingredients:
- 3 cups fresh or frozen berries (blackberries, strawberries, cherry etc…) or you may use apples or peaches
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ cups almond meal
- 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
- 1 Quest Cinnamon Roll bar (chopped into pieces)
- Drizzle Maple syrup
Prep:
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Spread berries evenly onto the bottom of a pie pan
- Melt coconut oil
- In a small bowl whisk together the egg and melted oil
- Add almond meal and cinnamon to the egg mixture
- Stir the almond meal into egg mixture until crumbled. Fold in Quest Cinnamon Roll chunks
- Evenly crumble the almond meal on top of the berries and bake uncovered in over for 35 minutes
- Serve the cobbler warm in bowls and drizzle with pure maple syrup.
