Today’s workout is a full body Fat Blast Cardio you can do in less than 12 minutes!

Round 1 – 45 seconds
Round 2 – 30 seconds
Round 3 – 20 seconds
1 minute rest between rounds

Squat Jumps
Push Ups
Squat Jacks
Burpees
Shoulder Tap Push Ups
Mountain Climbers
Plank
