Karen Hits the Stage Again!

I’m so excited to announce that I will be hitting the stage again this November 27th at the OPA ~ Bikini Class!

I know…I know…you are all thinking “I thought the Arnold was you last show!”  In fact, I thought so too but to be honest I got that crazy fitness competition bug again and just decided last week that I had to get back on stage!

As most of you know, I have been competing since 2001 and have since never looked back.  I LOVE training as a competitive athlete everything from the gruesome workouts (Thanks to my amazing trainer Andre!)  as well as prepping to grace the stage…even the diet really doesn’t bother me that much…OK..maybe just a little!

So with only 5 weeks left I have bumped my training back up to three times a day with sprinting, boxing, AM cardio,weights, plyometrics, PM cardio, hot yoga and did I mention CARDIO?!!!  Not to mention I’m booked solid with private training clients, boot camps and Team KRG athletics…whew! Doesn’t it seem that the busier you are the more organized you are?

I would like to thank my clients, friends and family for all your support and encouragement, I honestly could never do this without you!  And, most importantly my husband Brian for his on-going support of my passion over the years, my amazing friend and mentor Nancy DiNino for believing in me and my awesome trainer Andre for simply kicking my butt!
