If you want to burn off extra body fat you MUST jumpstart your metabolism first thing in the morning. Doing a quick 5-minute exercise routine, like the one I demonstrate in this video, will get your metabolism going…and keep it going all day! Plus, you will be MORE likely to make better nutritional decisions through out your day.
The trick is to do this quick workout before you eat breakfast. That way you’ll start your body in fat-burning mode and your body will respond by keeping your metabolism high and burning fat all day.
