Over a year ago, I decided to increase my fitness and strength levels as well as eat healthier. I had tried other trainers but none of them were able to get me to my short term and long term goals. After speaking to my friend Michelle who recently competed at a fitness show, she was quick to recommend Karen as a trainer and life coach.
After a few back and forth emails, I was hooked on Karen’s vision and positive outlook and hired her as my coach.
Over the past twelve months, Karen has tweaked various aspects of my training to not only suit my needs but also to help me overcome some of life’s obstacles.
