What were your health and fitness goals when you originally started training with Karen?
I wanted to feel great, sleep better, have more confidence and just be healthier.

I feel more confident about how I look. In addition to a positive body image, I have found that good nutrition combined with an active lifestyle have reduced my stress, anxiety and increase my energy levels.
