What were your lifestyle and fitness goals when you started training with Karen?
To trim my legs down, to make them slimmer on top and add nice shape to them. To be physically fit, in shape and better cope with life stresses. To eat properly, look great and feel great too! Also, I wanted to loose my floppy chicken arms, tighten my gut and look years younger.
What are your main reasons for choosing Karen as your personal trainer?
Karen certainly knows what she’s doing, she has a great sense of humour, looked like a trainer and helped me with all my body malfunctions. She made me do stuff I did not want to do and motivated me tremendously. I started looking better and firmer.
How has your general life and fitness level changed while training with Karen?
Amazing, now I love to exercise. A day without exercise is a day without sunshine!! I have become much stronger, my weight has decreased and my body has become much tighter. I look much better.
What do you like most about personal training?
I like the direction, the “have to do this to look and feel good”, the end result (goal oriented). It is fun working with Karen.
Has your nutrition improved since you first started training?
Amazingly! I do not eat a ton of gummies everyday and I am much more aware of what I am putting into my body. I have improved, not perfect, but getting there with Karen’s help.
What is your favourite cheat food or indulgence?
My cheat is gummy bears and wine gums. My indulgence is cake with lots of icing.
What is/are your favourite exercise(s)?
Everything but pushups. I hate pushups!
