What were your lifestyle and fitness goals when you started training with Karen?
I was not doing any regular fitness program. I joined gyms but quit going on a regular basis. I was interested in eating better, toning, and working out on a consistent basis.
What are your main reasons for choosing Karen as your personal trainer?
Karen was referred to me by a satisfied client who enjoyed Karen’s style and approach to fitness.
What improvements have you achieved so far?
I feel and look very fit! I receive lots of compliments and have more energy.
What is the most memorable training moment with Karen?
Since training with Karen (2 month ago) I have dropped 10% body fat and 2” off my waist and chest.
How has your nutrition improved since you first starting training?
Since I began training, I think about what I eat and realize what foods will turn quickly into body fat are which ones are good for me.
What is your favorite “cheat” or “indulgence” food?
Without question, PASTA and CHOCOLATE!
What is/are your favorite exercises?
I really enjoy crunches and any arm exercises and the treadmill.

My Mom was training with Karen.
What health and fitness improvements have you achieved so far since training with Karen?
I have reached my goal of losing weight and I feel much healthier. Karen has also taught me how to make better nutritional choices to help my weight loss.
What has benefited you the most when training with Karen?
Learning what exercises benefit my body and what foods are best for me.
How has your nutrition improved since you first starting training?
My nutrition has made drastic changes. Prior to training with Karen I ate whatever I felt like regardless of nutritional value. Karen provided me with a “cleanse” to detoxify my body and help regulate my blood sugar levels. This has made a big impact on my meal choices now that I know what I should be eating.
What do you like most about training with Karen?
Karen has the ability to make training fun! She is full of knowledge regarding the body and always has great strategies and advice to tackle any problems or concerns you have. She has given me the tools to better my physical health through nutrition and exercise.
Would you recommend Karen as a trainer? Why?
I would definitely recommend Karen as a trainer. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She has the education and experience to deliver a diverse exercise program to keep you motivated.

My favorite “non-diet” food is Chocolate!

Any Ab exercises.
