Day 4 – Active Rest Cardio

HIIT CARDIO BLAST!

Level 1 – Complete 1-2 Rounds
Level 2 – Complete 2-3 Rounds
Level 3 – Complete 3-4 Rounds

Burpees – 30 seconds
Bridge (Hip Raises) – 30 seconds
Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds
Squats – 30 seconds
Skipping or High Knees – 30 seconds
Push Ups – 30 seconds
Toe Touches – 30 seconds
Plank – 30 seconds

PLUS…30-40 minutes of steady state cardio
Walking, Jogging, Elliptical, Hiking, Stepmill
