Push Up Rows

This is a great combination move that builds your arms, chest, back and core all while blasting calories!

How to Perform This Exercise….

  1. Place a pair of dumbbells, slightly wider than shoulder width apart.
  2. Set yourself in a pushup position with hands on dumbbells. Shoulders are stacked above wrists.
  3. Lower your chest to the floor, pause, then complete 1 push up.
  4. Once back in the starting position, row one dumbbell on one side to the side of your chest by pulling the dumbbell upwards. Squeeze your back muscles.
  5. Pause, then lower the dumbbell back down, and repeat the same movement with your other arm.
  6. This is the completion of 1 rep. Repeat process.
