This is a great combination move that builds your arms, chest, back and core all while blasting calories!
How to Perform This Exercise….
- Place a pair of dumbbells, slightly wider than shoulder width apart.
- Set yourself in a pushup position with hands on dumbbells. Shoulders are stacked above wrists.
- Lower your chest to the floor, pause, then complete 1 push up.
- Once back in the starting position, row one dumbbell on one side to the side of your chest by pulling the dumbbell upwards. Squeeze your back muscles.
- Pause, then lower the dumbbell back down, and repeat the same movement with your other arm.
- This is the completion of 1 rep. Repeat process.
