The reason I decided to make a fitness/lifestyle change:
Up until a couple of years ago, I worked out at a gym. The harder I worked out, the more tired I became and ended up needing to sleep after my work-outs. I reduced my work-outs so I wouldn’t be so exhausted after. It didn’t help. I lost interest, and just gave up.
The weight slowly built up over the last two years. It was OK to buy larger clothes the first time, I told myself it was temporary…. When I browsed Karen’s website, I was immediately captured when I seen the word ‘Nutritionist’ combined with fitness instructor. I knew that was the key for me.
