What were your fitness and competition goals when you started training with Karen?
My training wasn’t going nowhere, wanted to take it to the next level, I wanted to better myself, become leaner for the next competition.
What are your main reasons for choosing Karen as your personal trainer?
I chose Karen for the reason is when I went on her website and saw her other clients on how lean they became and her experience and she was previous a judge as well. When I went to see her, she told me how detailed her program was and how she personally gets involved with her clients. That’s what sold me to choosing Karen.
What improvements have you achieved so far in your physique since training with Karen?
I became a lot leaner on my legs and my arms were more defined.
What do you like most about your pre-contest training and diet?
The variety and it didn’t feel hungry; enough food.
Would you recommend Karen as a trainer? Why?
Definitely because she’s very supportive; cheers you on? She’s the best!
What are your favorite “diet” and “non-diet” foods?
Diet: Oatmeal; salmon; believe it or not, egg whites.
Non Diet: Any type of sweets; French fries; peanut butter on bagel.
What is/are your favorite exercises?
Squats; leg presses; lat raises, 21s.
What are your most memorable moments training with Karen?
Booty Bootcamp pushes you to your limit. Had a great time!
What are your greatest fitness accomplishments so far?
Placing 3rd in Master & Novice Short Division. Leanless on my legs.
Couldn’t have accomplished that without Karen’s program.
