What improvements have you achieved so far?
I’m down two sizes and I feel great! I’m working on my second fitness photo shoot, something that I never thought that I would do!
What is the most memorable training moment with Karen?
I laugh a lot!!!!!
How has your nutrition improved since you first starting training?
I eat much better and have found very little desire to eat foods that I normally craved!
What is your favorite “cheat” or “indulgence” food?
Peanut butter and cookies!
What is/are your favorite exercises?
Chest, shoulders and triceps.
